Open beta test (OBT) of TIVAManager for Windows

Dear Colleague, open beta test of the application TIVAManager for Windows is closed.
Throughout the duration of the beta test, we found out poor activity of tester. And versions of TIVAManager for desktop and notebook (Windows, macOS) is frosen.
